When you create an account we collect your email address, Discord username and ID (used to link your Discord account to your hosting profile), and account credentials. When you deploy a server we record the server configuration you choose. Payment processors handle billing separately — we do not store full card numbers.
We use your data to provide and operate the hosting platform: authenticating you, running and monitoring your servers, billing and renewals, sending service notifications, and improving reliability. We may send occasional service announcements. We never sell your personal data.
The site uses essential cookies for login sessions and authentication. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic and improve the service. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
Server files, databases, logs and code you deploy are stored on our US-Texas and (for paid plans) FR nodes to provide the service. We do not read the contents of your server files beyond what's required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the platform.
We use trusted vendors for infrastructure (server nodes), payment processing, and Discord for community/authentication. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service. We disclose data if required by law or to protect users and the platform.
Your account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on account deletion, subject to legal or billing obligations. Server files are removed when a server is deleted. You can request account deletion at any time via our support channels.
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise them, contact us and we'll act on verified requests promptly.
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, hashed credentials, restricted access to infrastructure and regular monitoring. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the updated version will take effect when posted.
