By creating an account or using ravenhost.space, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Raven Host provides free and paid hosting for Discord bots, applications and Minecraft servers. Free tiers are provided 'as-is' with reasonable-effort uptime and may be limited or adjusted to keep the platform sustainable. Paid plans are subject to their stated specifications.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not create accounts for automated abuse, resell access without permission, or use the service in violation of applicable law. You must keep your contact and billing details current.
You may not use hosting to run malicious code, attacks (DDoS, brute force, spam, phishing), malware, fraud, credential theft, illegal content, or anything that harms other users or the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts for such use, with or without notice and without refund.
Free servers are intended for legitimate personal projects. Abusing the free tier (mass-created accounts, excessive resource use that harms other users, reselling free capacity) may result in account or server removal.
Paid plans require payment before activation and renew automatically unless cancelled. We don't provide refunds for time already used. Cancelling stops future renewal; servers tied to paid plans may be downgraded or removed when the plan lapses.
We run the servers you create but do not guarantee backups. You're responsible for backing up important files. We are not liable for data loss or server failures, though we'll do our best to recover and keep things reliable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. Paid plans do not include a service-level agreement unless a specific SLA is offered in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raven Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost data or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, unlawful activity, or to protect the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your servers. On termination, free-tier data may be removed.
These terms are governed by applicable law. We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
